ENTERPRISE & SOVEREIGN SPONSORSHIP

Every month, one flag is filled first and takes the month. Every month, millions of dots are cast by people declaring where they are from. A sponsored flag puts your name at the centre of that — not as an advertisement beside the story, but as the organisation carrying it.

What a sponsored flag is

For a calendar month, a nation, state, territory, people or culture's flag carries your name. "Nigeria, presented by [your organisation]." It appears on the board, on the flag's own page, on every certificate issued for that flag that month, in the monthly close, and in the record of who won.

It is not a banner. It is authorship of a moment that a diaspora will screenshot, share and remember.

Who this is built for

Nations and their agencies. Tourism boards, trade and investment promotion, diaspora ministries, cultural institutes. Your diaspora is already here every month. This is where they gather.

Diaspora-facing business. Banks, remittance companies, telecoms and airlines whose customers are precisely the people filling that flag.

Heritage brands. Food, beauty, beverage and apparel houses with a story rooted in one people.

Foundations, federations and individuals. Sponsor the flag of your own heritage. Many do it in a family name.

Why it works

A flag race is not impressions. It is hundreds of thousands of individual acts of belonging, each one a person choosing to be counted. The brand standing behind that is not interrupting the moment — it is making it possible. That is a position almost nothing else in media can buy.

And because a fifth of every dot funds education in the winning flag's territory, a sponsorship is a marketing investment with a documented public benefit attached to it.

THE RULE THAT PROTECTS EVERYONE

A sponsor may not purchase dots on the flag they sponsor. Every sponsorship is disclosed publicly on the flag and in the monthly ledger. The board is filled by people, and nothing is permitted to change that. It is the reason a sponsored flag means anything at all.

Sponsorship confers no editorial control: not over standings, rules, which flags exist, or how any race is run.

Enquire

Write to enterprise@wealthofanation.com with the flag, the month and the organisation. Marquee flags in heritage months are taken early; we will tell you plainly what is still open.

Sponsorship is an advertising and marketing arrangement. It is not an investment, confers no revenue share, no ownership of any flag, nation or platform, and no interest of any kind in the operator. Availability, placement and pricing are confirmed only in a signed agreement.

Disclaimer

PLEASE READ BEFORE TAKING PART

1. This is a game

Wealth of a Nation is an entertainment and participation platform. It is not an investment, a security, a wager, a lottery, a sweepstake, a game of chance, a savings product, or a financial service of any kind. No dot has any cash value, resale value, or redemption value. There is no payout and no possibility of financial gain.

2. The historical data is simulated

All prior months shown on this platform are retroactively auto-populated for perspective. They illustrate how a race unfolds. They are not a record of real purchases, real people, or real money. Names, cities and statements shown on historical dots are generated. Only dots purchased from launch onward are real.

3. Warm-up activity on a new month

At the start of each month a small amount of seeded activity is added to every flag — a few thousand dots at most, arriving gradually across the first eight days — so that a freshly reset board is never empty. These are not purchases. No money is attached to them, nobody paid for them, and they can never decide which flag wins a month — the winner is determined by purchased dots alone. Their presence is disclosed here and they are excluded from the monthly ledger and from the charitable share.

4. The figures are not advice

Population figures, income figures and any other reference statistics are approximate, drawn from third-party sources, may be out of date, and may be wrong. They are shown for context only, never affect the standings, and must not be relied on for research, reporting, investment, academic or any other purpose. We make no representation that any figure on this platform is accurate.

5. Flags and peoples

Flag renderings are simplified dot mosaics and are not exact reproductions. Inclusion, exclusion, naming, grouping or omission of any nation, state, territory, people, culture or diaspora is not a political statement and expresses no position on sovereignty, borders, recognition, legitimacy, or any territorial or historical dispute. No endorsement of, or affiliation with, any government, state, nation or organisation is claimed or implied.

6. Standings measure participation only

The board counts dots purchased. It does not measure, rank or represent the income, net worth, wealth, worth, merit, status or standing of any group or person. Any inference otherwise is the reader's alone.

7. No warranty

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any race will open, run, or close at any particular time.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER THE OPERATOR NOR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, PARTNERS OR BENEFICIARIES SHALL BE LIABLE TO ANY USER OR ENTITY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, REPUTATION OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS PLATFORM — INCLUDING PARTICIPATION IN ANY RACE, RELIANCE ON ANY FIGURE SHOWN, ANY OFFENCE TAKEN AT ANY FLAG, GROUPING OR RESULT, ANY INTERRUPTION, ANY VOIDED OR EXTENDED RACE, AND ANY ACT OF ANY OTHER USER.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months or one hundred U.S. dollars.

9. You take part at your own risk

By purchasing a dot you confirm you are 18 or over, that you are spending money you can afford to spend with no expectation of return, that you have read the Terms of Use, and that you release the operator from any claim arising from your participation. If you do not accept this, do not take part.

10. Third parties

Payments are processed by third parties under their own terms. The named charitable beneficiary is an independent organisation; we do not control how it applies funds and are not responsible for its acts or omissions.

11. Not professional advice

Nothing on this platform is financial, legal, tax, investment or professional advice. Consult your own advisors.

Terms of Use

SUMMARY VERSION

1. Who can take part

You must be 18 or over and able to enter a binding contract. We may refuse, cancel or refund any purchase at our discretion.

2. What a dot is

A dot is a $1 participation record. Buying one places a marked position inside a flag for the current monthly race, carrying the first name, location and approved statement you supply.

A dot is not a security or investment; a wager, lottery ticket or game of chance; a currency, token or tradable asset; ownership of any flag, image, territory or people; or a donation made by you directly to any charity. There is no prize pool, no payout and no possibility of financial gain.

Dots are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire when the month closes.

3. The monthly race

Each race opens at 12:01 a.m. on the first of the month and closes at 11:59 p.m. on the last day. Every flag starts empty. Foreign flags hold 1,000,000 dots; state flags hold 100,000.

Standings reflect dots purchased and nothing else. They do not measure income, net worth or the wealth of any nation, people or group. Reference figures shown on a flag are third-party statistics for context only and never affect standings.

We may extend, pause, void or restart a race for technical failure, suspected manipulation or legal reasons, and will publish any change.

4. Flags

Flags include sovereign states and also peoples and diasporas without one. Inclusion or exclusion is not a political statement and takes no position on sovereignty, borders or recognition. Flags overlap on purpose; most people belong to several.

5. What you may add

A first name, a location, an optional crew name, and a statement chosen from our approved list. Free text is not permitted anywhere on this platform. We may remove any dot, name or crew name and refund it, at any time, without notice.

You must not manipulate standings by automated means, use bots or scrapers, interfere with the platform, or misrepresent who you are.

6. Standing orders

A standing order repeats your purchase on the first of each month until you cancel. Cancel any time; cancellation applies from the next race.

7. The charity share

We commit 20% of gross dot revenue, calculated before processing fees, to Health of a Nation, a 501(c)(3) public charity, EIN 84-4956859. Your purchase is a payment to us, not a donation by you to the charity, and is not tax-deductible to you. We publish a monthly ledger. Final decisions on how funds are used rest with the charity.

8. Refunds

Full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason, provided the month has not closed and the charity share has not been remitted. We refund automatically where a race is voided, a charge is duplicated, or we remove your dot. See the full Refund Policy.

9. Our content

The platform, its software, design, wordmark and renderings are ours. National flag designs are largely public domain; our dot renderings of them are not. You may share screenshots and certificates for personal use with attribution.

10. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the past twelve months or $100. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be removed, and consumers in the EU and UK keep their statutory rights.

11. Changes and contact

We may amend these terms with at least 14 days' notice, taking effect at the start of a new race. Questions: legal@wealthofanation.com.

INTERNATIONAL FLAG CHAMPIONSHIPFAN OF THE FLAG

How the championship works

A nation is a large group of people who share a common culture, language, history and territory. Every month they compete on one question: who showed up?

Wealth of a Nation runs the International Flag Championship — the IFC. It is a live, monthly, worldwide competition between 120 nations, peoples and cultures. Each one gets an empty flag on the page. Each foreign flag holds exactly one million dots; each state flag holds one hundred thousand. Every dot costs one dollar. When you buy a dot, you choose where on your flag it lands, and your dot lights up in your flag's colors — permanently, with your first name and your city attached to it.

As the dots fill in, the flag appears. As flags fill faster than their neighbors, they climb the board and pass each other in real time. On the last midnight of every month the race closes, a winner is declared, and every flag on Earth goes empty again on the first.

20% of every dot benefits Health of a Nation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

THE IFC BRACKET

Every month the 32 flags with the most dots make the championship field. They are seeded 1 to 32 by where they finished last month, so last month's champion walks in as the top seed and a flag that surges from nowhere starts as the underdog.

The field plays down through five rounds: Round of 32, Sweet 16, Elite 8, Final 4 and Flag v Flag. There are no byes. Every flag in the field plays every round it reaches.

Every matchup is decided by dots cast this month. The flag with more dots advances. A tie goes to the higher seed.

Until the month closes, every result is live. A trailing flag can overtake at any moment and the whole bracket redraws as the dots come in. At midnight on the last day the bracket locks, and the flag left standing in Flag v Flag takes the month. Because every round counts the same dots, the IFC champion is always the flag with the most dots in the field.

Region, group-type and heritage filters build a bracket from the flags that match, for a regional crown and bragging rights. Only the full bracket crowns the IFC champion. If fewer than 32 flags match, the bracket starts at a later round rather than hand out byes.

POPULATION CLASSES

Not every flag has the people to compete with the biggest, so flags battle inside their own population class. Each class runs its own bracket and crowns its own champion every month.

Global Population (Foreign): Heavy Population is 100 million people or more · Middle Population is 15 to 100 million · Light Population is under 15 million. Above those three sits Overall Population: every flag in one bracket, whatever its size. Four champions are crowned each month, one for each population class.

US Population (Domestic): Heavy Population is 10 million residents or more · Middle Population is 5 to 10 million · Light Population is under 5 million. Three classes, three champions.

Broad global groups with no separate population count, such as Multiracial, run in Heavy Population.

A class with fewer than 32 flags starts its bracket at the Sweet 16 or Elite 8. Nobody gets a bye.

RACE FLAGS

Green — the month is open and the board is live. Every flag starts empty on the 1st.

White — the final lap: the last 24 hours before the month closes.

Checkered — the month is finished, the bracket is locked and the champion is crowned.

Blue — a flag is about to be passed. During the month it means the flag behind is closing fast enough to take the place within the hour. On a finished month it marks where the lead actually changed hands.

PROMOTERS

Each month a flag can be carried by a promoter — an athlete, artist or public figure who represents that flag and rallies its people to show up. Athletes already walk out under their country's flag. The IFC gives every flag the same.

A promoter is named on the flag they carry for the month and leads the push for it — online, on air and at events — from the first of the month to the final bell.

The rule that protects everyone applies to promoters too. A promoter may not buy dots on the flag they promote. Every promotion is disclosed publicly on the flag. Promoters have no say over standings, seeding, rules or results. The board is filled by people.

Promoter terms are confirmed only in a signed agreement. To promote a flag, write to enterprise@wealthofanation.com with the flag and the month.

THIS IS A HEADCOUNT, NOT A NET WORTH

The standings measure dots bought — how many people turned out for a flag this month, and what they were willing to put behind it. A small people with a loud diaspora beats a large quiet one. That is the whole game.

Income and net worth are a footnote here, kept on the back of each flag for reference only. They never move the standings.

ON THE INCOME FIGURES

Reference income figures shown on a flag come from the U.S. Census Bureau American Community Survey detailed-ancestry tables. Figures that could not be traced to a Census or Pew table are marked unverified and are not used for ranking.

FLAGS OVERLAP ON PURPOSE

Country flags run alongside peoples and ancestries. A Nigerian-American can cast dots for the United States, for Nigerian and for Pan-African in the same month — all three are real, and all three count separately.

So the totals across flags add up to more than the number of people playing. Filter by group type to see countries, ancestries, broad categories or heritage banners on their own.

ON THE FLAGS

State flags are simplified. Most US state flags carry a detailed seal, which cannot be reproduced in a dot field. Field colours, layouts and emblem shapes follow the real flag; seals are rendered as coloured shapes, not artwork.

Groups tied to a country use that country's flag. Peoples without a state — Pan-African, Indigenous, Roma, Kurdish and others — use their recognised heritage banner. Broad census categories use a designed banner, not an official flag.
